We ask you to prepare a manuscript of a length between 20 to 30 pages.

Deadline for Submitting the manuscript is 30 November, 2007.

Instructions for Authors

Please send an archive (.zip or .tar or .tgz) including

- the tex file of your manuscript;
- the eps/ps or pdf.files of the figures;
- the pdf.file of the manuscript;
- an ascii file with your address and email.
